A man walked with his grandson along the waters. The boy looked upset about something and looked up at his grandfather and said, "When I get angry I feel like I want to hurt someone... am I bad because of this?"
The grandfather smiled and shook his head, "No, it doesn't make you bad... it is just one of your wolves talking."
The boy looked surprised, "What do you mean one of my wolves?"
Te grandfather explained that inside of everyone there are two wolves who are constantly fighting. One wolf wants only to live in peace with those around it. To smell the grass in the morning and to be in harmony with the world it self.
The other wolf is constantly angry and waiting. It wants to rip and harm anything it can get hold of.
The boy thought for a long time on this as they walked quietly by the waters.
"If they are constantly fighting then which one is going to win?"
The grandfather smiled and looked down at the boy
"Which ever one you feed the most."
The grandfather smiled and shook his head, "No, it doesn't make you bad... it is just one of your wolves talking."

A story that was told to me one some time ago... I hope everyone can find the inspiration in it that I have. I have shortened it's content slightly for ease of reading.
